Naturally, this letter will come to you as a surprise since we have not met but please permit me your audience, as i introduce myself. I am Mr. Frank Lundin, business man and director of one of the leading banks in the United Kingdom. I have come with an anticipatingly open mind, as i propose to you a very good business incentive with the sole intention of having you come in as a partner. 

I had been the personal accountant to one of our top client, who was then, the C.E.O of Gulf Stream crude oil, prior to his unexpected death in August 2006 in a plane crash. He deposited the sum of 27.5m [USD] with our Bank in bonds, of which i have some of the vital documents. As regards to this deposit, nobody has come forward to apply for the claim of these bonds although his estate is being shared amongst his relations.

This is a situation I closely monitored, as i have been his account officer during the years before his death and hence, i can say with authority that nobody has shown up as the next of kin for the past years. I now solicit for your assistance to present you as the next of kin as every other arrangement has been concluded by me. I only wait for a suitable partner to take possession of the deposit, so that i can cover my tracks. 

There is no risk attached to it as the entire document required for the claims will be obtained legally by me as his proxy. I need you to know that i cannot make any claims regarding the funds but what i can do, is to donate somebody as his BONAFIDE next of kin and beneficiary to make claim of the said fund for us to share as partners. Most of the document's and transactions regarding his funds are all here with our bank and all i have to do is to make some changes on the document to suit you and the funds will thereafter be transferred to you as his beneficiary.
